Welcome to Jim Remington's web site! Thanks for stopping in.
Here you can find my song lyrics, CD’s, short stories and the song and video for the "Blue and the Grey".
I've been busy song writing and recording my new CD "First Person" with my friend Emmy Baskin and writing my "Mostly Short, Mostly True Stories of Ireland" for the Celtic Connection in Denver, Colorado as well as my teaching and directing duties at the Lakewood School of Music (lakewoodschoolofmusic.com). Robin Braun and I opened the school in 2012 and have been steadily expanding our music curriculum. I’ve been teaching guitar, ukulele, tin whistle, songwriting, composition and music theory for many years now and this is the most enjoyable situation I have had. It’s almost like home but not quite!
Of course I have been enjoying my time at home in Westcliffe, Colorado with my wife, friends, dogs, horses, bikes, skis, hiking boots and  kayaks. It’s a great place to live. One of the last great places but don’t tell anyone!
I can be reached at: Rembo_13@live.com and at Lakewood School of Music 303-550-7010.
Thanks again for stopping in.
